The Community of Survivors is a virtual peer community that connects people with lived experience of stroke, cardiac events, or diagnosis regardless of geographical location or time zone. Moderated by Heart and Stroke, this closed Facebook community enables members to share posts and engage through comments. It is a safe, inclusive, and respectful space to exchange experiences, quality information, and tips.
